Terms of service

Agreement

By creating an account on digitalnepal.site you agree to these terms. If you are setting up cards for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.

Digital Nepal.site is operated from Pokhara, Nepal by Safal Bhattarai.

Your account

• You need a valid email address, and you are responsible for what happens under your login.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not create accounts to impersonate somebody else.

Your username

Your username is the public address of your card. Some names are reserved for the platform, and we may reclaim a username that impersonates a person, brand or public body, or that is being held purely to resell.

You can change your username yourself. The previous one stops working immediately and becomes available to others.

Your content

Everything you put on your card stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to host it, display it to your visitors and show previews of it.

You are responsible for having the right to use the images, files and text you upload.

What you may not publish

• Content that impersonates another person, business or public authority.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or links leading to any of those.
• Material that is illegal in Nepal, or that harasses, threatens or endangers someone.
• Sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence against a group.
• Anything infringing someone else's copyright or trademark.
• We remove cards that break these rules, usually without warning where there is a risk to others.

The verified badge

The badge is included with the Pro and Business plans, and our team can also grant it to an account. It marks a card as belonging to a paying or reviewed account — it is not a warranty by us of anyone's identity, credentials or claims.

We can remove a badge from any card being used to mislead people.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan is free, with no time limit.
• Paid plans are billed in Nepalese rupees for the period shown at checkout.
• Online payment is not connected yet; paid plans are currently arranged directly with us.
• Prices can change. Existing subscribers get notice before a change applies to them.
• Downgrading keeps your card and content — the paid features simply switch off.

Availability

We work to keep cards online and fast, but the service is provided as-is. There is no uptime guarantee, and maintenance or provider problems can cause interruptions.

Ending it

• You can delete your card and close your account whenever you like.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that is being used to harm others.
• If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused part of a paid period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Digital Nepal.site is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes fall to the courts of Nepal.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and email account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
